Global Movement to Gaza
November 22 - 23, Barcelona
The Palestinian People vs. The Zionist Occupation and the US Government

Right to Resist: The Palestinian People vs. The Zionist Occupation and the US Government is an International People's Tribunal on the US-Backed Zionist Occupation's War of Forced Starvation and Ecocide in Palestine.
Forced Starvation and Ecocide in Gaza
The genocidal assault on the Palestinian people demands universal outrage and unconditional solidarity from all the people and countries of the world.
Reports from the United Nations and many international humanitarian institutions, conclude that “Israel” is employing starvation as a weapon of war.
What we are witnessing in Gaza is “Israel’s” commission of full-scale ecocide, defined as: “unlawful or wanton acts committed with knowledge that there is a substantial likelihood of severe and either widespread or long-term damage to the environment being caused by those acts.”
The utterly inhumane response of the US government under both the Biden and Trump administrations has been to increase its political, economic and military support for the Zionist regime.
We must assert the rights of people subject to extreme immiseration and extermination, the people of Gaza and the rest of occupied Palestinian territory, the rights of a people to fight for their national and social liberation against Zionist settler-colonialism and US imperialism.

What is The International People’s Tribunal on Palestine?
The International People’s Tribunal on Palestine is a quasi-judicial forum convened to investigate and address alleged war crimes committed by “Israel” and its backers, namely the US, UK, France, Germany and others. It serves as a platform for victims and advocates and their organizations to present evidence and legal arguments related to the crimes committed against the Palestinian people.
What to Expect at the Tribunal
It will present evidence from key witnesses and experts to expose the extent of the Zionist occupation’s genocidal use of ecocide and forced starvation against the people of Palestine, the complicit role of the US and other backers of the occupation’s crimes such as the UK, France, Germany and others, and so-called private entities like the US and Zionist-led Gaza Humanitarian Foundation. It will demonstrate the need to stand in solidarity with the Palestinian liberation struggle.
Using public testimony and expert analysis, this International People's Tribunal will put the crimes of forced starvation and ecocide in full view of the world's governments and demand that they act to stop the genocidal crimes being perpetrated on the Palestinian people.
It will look at the violations on the pertinent principles and guidelines on the protection of the environment in relation to armed conflict vis-à-vis international humanitarian laws and international environmental laws.

What Happens After the Tribunal?
The Tribunal aims to hold the Zionist occupation and the US government to account for their wanton disregard of Palestinian land, environment and human lives and for crimes against humanity as enshrined in the Algiers Declaration of the Rights of Peoples and international conventions.
It will assist in future legal cases and advocacy with high-level intergovernmental bodies such as the United Nations General Assembly, Human Rights Council, International Court of Justice, International Criminal Court, and even cases brought in countries under the concept of universal jurisdiction to demand accountability and action for the war crimes of genocide and violations of the laws of armed conflict. The Tribunal will serve as a moral, political and diplomatic platform for victims, survivors, advocates, social and national liberation movements to exact accountability against the Zionist war criminals and their imperialist sponsors for the crimes of ecocide and war of starvation that ultimately result to the genocide of the Palestinian people.
The proceedings of the Tribunal can also be used for political activism and action that go beyond and complement advocacy work. This includes political education at schools, universities, online, and even in the streets. All of these will provide factual depth to agitation and demonstration against ecocide and forced starvation in cities and rural communities around the world.
Through the Tribunal, the Palestinian people, with international solidarity, will exercise their mandate to try the perpetrators of these war crimes, including presenting evidence and delivering testimony to the international community. This is integral to amplifying the Palestinian people's collective right to self-determination and the struggle for national liberation to the world.

Get Involved and Support the Tribunal Today
The Tribunal will take part from November 22nd to 23rd in Barcelona, Catalonia (Spain) to present the testimony of witnesses and experts and deliver a verdict from a jury made up of representatives of the Palestinian people, solidarity movements, and civil society.
The proceedings of the Tribunal will help bring world governments over to the right side of history to isolate the genocidal Zionist occupation and its primary backers in the US government and support the Palestinian people's right to resist and fight for the liberation of their land, from the River to the Sea.
