An International People's Tribunal Against Forced Starvation and Ecocide
Translation:
Right to Resist: The Palestinian People vs. The Zionist Occupation and the US Government was an International People's Tribunal on the US-Backed Zionist Occupation's War of Forced Starvation and Ecocide in Palestine, held in Barcelona on November 22 and 23, 2025. It found the US & Zionist entity “Israel” found GUILTY OF GENOCIDE, ECOCIDE & FORCED STARVATION.
The International People’s Tribunal on Palestine convened in Barcelona, Catalonia, to hear allegations concerning grave violations of international humanitarian law arising in the context of the ongoing genocide, ecocide and acts of starvation on the Palestinian people. It came as the Zionist occupation forces kill more Palestinians each day, refuse to let in aid, and commit other deliberate violations of the Gaza ceasefire signed over a month earlier.
The Tribunal brought together over 100 attendees to observe the process of seven esteemed jurors to hear evidence and pass their verdict. Evidence was presented from the live and written testimony of thirteen witnesses and three experts; expert analyses supported by scientific or technical data; documentary evidence including reports, photographs, and satellite images; and facts widely known and independently corroborated by reliable international human rights organisations and bodies.
A testament to the unbreakable will and steadfast resistance of the Palestinian people, the International People's Tribunal on Palestine honored and asserted in many ways the just struggle of the Palestinian people against the Zionist occupation and genocide. It drew on legal precedence such as the Algiers Declaration on the Rights of Peoples and the United Nations Right to Development to assert the right to resist under international law.

The International People's Tribunal for Palestine may have concluded on November 23, 2025, but the fight for a free Palestine continues. The proceedings of the Tribunal must be made to help bring world governments (even more) over to the right side of history to isolate the genocidal Zionist occupation and its primary backers in the US government and support the Palestinian people's right to resist and fight for the liberation of their land. Moreover, the Tribunal will memorialize the struggle of the Palestinian people and freedom-loving peoples of the world for the historical record and as moral inspiration for political action. It will contribute to the cumulation and snowballing of resistance and protests worldwide.
This can only happen as long as we continue to be organized and work to expose and oppose the occupation, genocide, and ecocide of Palestine in any way that we can.
